On my personal journey toward awareness and well-being, I’ve explored many paths and sciences. I’ve learned to hold space for others to accompany and support them and to share what I know through lived, embodied experience.
It’s been over 17 years of stories, embraces, tears… of Liberation, Connection, and Authenticity.
…and if everything is Sacred — if every word is a Prayer,
every step a Caress to the Earth —
if we can agree to disagree,
if Love is Respect and Freedom is Surrender…
what if we sit again in circle,
to honor the individual within each of us,
