For me, Ayurvedic medicine is like a wise grandmother who understands us deeply, who has a tea or soup for every ailment, and who embraces us with love when we welcome her into our lives. In this 4-session course, you will learn the principles of a science over 5,000 years old that remains relevant today, so that your kitchen becomes your pharmacy and your food provides health and well-being to your body, recognizing that each person is unique and has different needs depending on their location and the season. Fundamentals, self-knowledge, home remedies, and some recipes!
